Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation 24 hrs. in advance is required.
2. The Best Available Rate applies if payment is not made with Standard Chartered Credit and Debit Card.
3. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
4. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
5. Rates are inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. The above rates are not eligible for Best Western Rewards Points or Miles.
7. Above promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Cardholders understand and accept that Standard Chartered Bank and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as "the Bank") are not the supplier of the products/services nor an agent of any merchant featured in this brochure. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services including, without limitation, their quality and the supply. The Bank makes no representation as to the quality or performance of the goods and services featured herein. Any dispute relating to quality, performance or inability to receive any featured offer must be resolved directly with the merchant. The Bank shall not at any time be held responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the offers/privileges by any person.
9. In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sale slips for further investigation by the Bank. In all such cases, the decision of the Bank and respective merchants shall be final. Should a dispute arise, the participating merchant reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions and arbitrate the final decision.
